USA PASTORS & MISSIONARIES
Supporting Local Pastors and Missionaries

For over 15 years, Pastor Carlos Sales has been leading a Pastor's Prayer Group in the San Marcos area, providing a monthly opportunity for local pastors to gather, pray, and encourage one another. This ministry has evolved to include the Sales Family hosting lunches throughout the year, annual appreciation dinners, and complementary retreats for pastors and their wives to rest & recharge at the Sales Family's cottage once a year.
Fruitful Connections and Lasting Impact

The impact of this ministry has been nothing short of profound, making it evident how much these men and women of God need the opportunity to gather regularly. The pastors have come to count on this group to express burdens, celebrate successes, and share expertise. They rely on one another, seeking counsel and wisdom from their peers. Similarly, their wives have formed connections, meeting and seeking guidance from one another. This ministry has created a strong, supportive network with its impact extending beyond monthly gatherings. Tangible outcomes include church mergers, collaborative ministry projects, and pulpit fill-ins.

Local Ministry Multiplied

Our vision for the USA Pastors & Missionaries Support Ministry aligns closely with that of Reaching The Hungry, with a focus on local ministry. While Reaching The Hungry equips ministry partners around the world, this specific ministry aims to support and equip US-based pastors and missionaries, helping them stay in ministry. We're thrilled to announce that the Fallbrook area pastors have invited Pastor Carlos to establish a similar group in their community, which would expand this ministry's reach and create new opportunities for partnership and support.

Your Gift Makes a Difference

By supporting this ministry, you are investing in the lives of local pastors and missionaries, empowering them to continue their vital work. As these relationships grow, we anticipate that new opportunities for partnership and support will emerge, ultimately benefiting Reaching The Hungry's global mission. In fact, our existing relationships with San Marcos Area Pastors have already borne fruit, with many of their congregation members partnering with us through mission trips and direct donations. We expect that our expansion into Fallbrook will yield a harvest of new partnerships and support, as local pastors and missionaries are equipped and supported to make a greater impact. Your gift will help us extend this ministry's reach, fostering a stronger, more connected community of pastors and missionaries who can transform their communities and the world.
