Awakening African Villages
Discipleship is the heartbeat of Jesus. He stayed with 12 men and introduced the Father to them. He empowered them and gave them hope & faith in God so that even in His physical absence, they should still stand and proclaim the gospel. Before ascending into Heaven, Jesus gave the disciples His last command: the Great Commission. Reaching The Hungry stands out in its continued work of awakening African villages as we fulfill the Great Commission.
Village in Dedza District
In late April 2024, Reaching The Hungry's Malawi Team led an outreach to a village in the Dedza District of Malawi. We installed a water well, served the men & women, and blessed the children with donations. We also showcased the Jesus Film for them during which many accepted Christ. Next, we conducted Shepherd Leadership Training (and Women's Health Training) for at least 60 Leaders from various Bible Study Groups in the local area. The Leaders were thrilled and grateful for the training. Praise God!
Village in Ntchisi District
In mid-April 2024, Reaching The Hungry's Malawi Team led an outreach to a village in the Ntchisi District of Malawi. We installed a water well and taught classes on Shepherd Leadership Training & Women's Health Training. The outreach was an incredible blessing for the people. Malawi is grateful!
Village in Kabudula Area
In March 2024, Reaching The Hungry's Malawi team was conducting a follow-up of existing RTH Bible Study Groups in the TA Kabudula area in Malawi. Nearby was Headman Chalunda's Group Village so our team stopped to visit and lead a fruitful Bible Study Revival Outreach! Multitudes gave their lives to our Lord Jesus Christ and prayed for relief from afflictions through our Lord Jesus Christ. Amen!
